BOURBONS UNPOPULAR
Foreign
France continues in a very agitated state. The enemies of the present system are unceasing in their endeavours to excite alarm; and to render the Bourbons unpopular. In Spain, the royalists appear to have been so completely defeated in all their projects, as to be compelled to confine their attempts to excite commotion, to some of the paltry provincial towns, bordering on the frontiers of France. This may be regarded as their dernier effort.
